We are really pleased to report that Sunflowers at St Annes is NOW OPEN! We have worked very hard to ensure that the nursery meets all government guidelines to keep your children and the team safe. We have filled the majority of places for September so please if you have not booked your childcare spaces – nursery or out of school club – do so soon before we are full and are no longer able to help. We are really looking forward to seeing all our families over the Summer and in September!
Sunflowers @ St Anne’s day nursery and Out of School Club is a privately run business which is overseen by the governing body of St Anne’s Catholic Primary School.
The setting is registered by Ofsted and works from three individual rooms, catering for children 0-11 years.
We like to work closely with parents/carers and have developed a good rapport with St Anne’s Catholic Primary enabling us to work towards a smooth transition to school, however we are not a feeder nursery. The care of the children is paramount therefore we provide a caring, fun and stimulating environment developing all round skills following the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework (EYFS).
Nursery staff have been carefully selected for their aptitudes and experience with children. All staff are fully qualified or on their way to gaining a Level 3 qualification. All staff undergo an enhanced criminal bureau check (DBS).
Here at Sunflowers we would like parents to familiarise themselves with our policies which are always on hand. Our childcare agreement is also to be kept safe for future reference. Throughout nursery we will maintain a record of your child’s development which is available for you to see at any time. All development is in line with government guidelines.
Staff are encouraged to update their knowledge by taking up regular training courses and therefore continuing their own professional development.
Thank you for taking the time to read about Sunflowers. Please feel free to make a visit or if you would like to know our availability or to ask any questions please call: 01270 623333 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
