EXTRA HOUR £10.00 – Late collection is charged at £10.00 for every 10 minutes after late collection. No grace period permitted.
 

Funded hours

Funding is available for 38 weeks per year (term time). Parents/carers must apply via the Government childcare service and provide us with their funding code before the start of term.

New 30 hours entitlement for 9 month and 2-year funding- Baby and Toddler Room

​

From the term after your child turns 9 months old you may be entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare.

The funded hours are offered as follows;

​

Option 1- 5 x School Day Sessions (9am-3pm) £8.00 Daily Charge

​

Option 2- 3 x Full Day sessions (7.30am-6.00pm) £11.00 Daily Charge

​

The funding that we receive only covers the daily care of your child, the additional daily charge covers food and snacks.

If you need longer hours than the funded hours you do have an option to Top up your daily sessions.

School day session to a full day session £10.50 per day

We do not stretch the funding over the Holidays, so if you do require your child to attend during the holidays those sessions will be charged at our full priced session fees.

Our fees are averaged out over 51 weeks that we are open, resulting in your monthly bill being 12 equal payments.

 

 

15 Hours 3-4-year funding-Preschool Room

All three years old are automatically entitled to 15 hours of child care, beginning the term after they turn three. If you access the 15 hours only the sessions are set to;

2 x School Day Sessions (9am-3pm) £8.00 Daily Charge

​

PLUS 1 x morning session (9am-12pm) £4.00 Daily Charge

​

If you need longer hours than the funded hours you do have an option to Top up your daily sessions.

School day to a full day session £10.50 per day

Morning session to a full day session £30.50 per day

30 Hours 3-4-year funding- Preschool Room

Some children will be entitled to an additional 15 hours of funding dependant on your own circumstances. This is to be applied by Parents/Carers and you will be given a code if you are entitled.
